An apostille is a special certification required for documents that will be used in foreign countries. The Texas Secretary of State in Austin is the only office that issues apostilles for Texas documents.

We handle the entire process for you from notarization (if required), to preparing the state request, to secure shipping and return delivery.

• Fee: Starting at $125 per document (includes preparation and handling).

• State Fee: $15 per apostille (set by the Texas Secretary of State).

• Shipping: Prepaid, trackable courier shipping is billed separately or can be included in your quote.

Estimated timeframe: 7–12 business days. Expedited courier options may be available upon request.
